Weight Loss/Maintenance Challenge Guidelines
Weight loss should be the result of healthier eating and exercise habits. Participants are on the honor system and should participate in a healthy and fair manner.
Diet pills (herbal or prescription appetite suppressants, metabolism enhancers, etc.)
Water pills (diuretics) unless prescribed for a medical condition such as high blood pressure
Laxatives and colonics
Suggested Criteria for “Winning”:
Weight loss challenge: “Winners” are determined by percentage of total weight and inches lost. This is a fairer comparison than total pounds lost since heavier persons can safely lose weight more rapidly.
Start date: March 1st
End date: April 12th
Different activities will be done weekly to keep the group energized and make sure everyone is having fun!
Complete the registration by paying the $10 registration fee
Complete online registration that will be emailed to each participant by March 1st
Email video recording of weigh in to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 1st
Email second video recording of weigh in to email@example.com by March 15th
